This Privacy Policy applies to the February 13 Creative website (“F13” and “Website”). This Privacy Policy describes the information F13 collects on the Website, how it is used, and your options with respect to its use. By accessing or using this Website you indicate your agreement to this Privacy Policy. Personally Identifying Information. 

We may collect your first name, last name, and email address in order to send you the F13 newsletter. We use Mailchimp to collect and process that information.

We use Crowdcast to run our webinars. If you sign up for one of our webinars on Crowdcast, we may collect your name and email address. If you sign up for a webinar, we may email you with materials related to the webinar topic that we think you will be interested in.

We use Acuity Scheduling to manage scheduling and payment for services. If you use our scheduler to make an appointment or to pay for an appointment, we may use your name, email address, phone number, and billing information to reserve the time slot you choose, process your payment, and send you information about the service you’ve purchased.

We use Squarespace and Google Analytics to collect, store, and process data about how our site is used in order to better understand our site’s traffic and improve its content and user experience.

Non-Personally Identifying Information. Like most website operators, F13 collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. F13’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how visitors use its website.
